Wine Barrel Storage for Wine & Spirits

This is an oak barrel lined with food-grade aluminum foil, designed to enhance the aging process and aroma of your wine. To facilitate this, we will provide you with a small amount of oak chips. Please note that the oak chips should not be left in the barrel for an extended period, and new oak chips should be replaced approximately every 15 days.

When it comes to storing your wine, please follow the instructions and images we provide. Do not pour the wine directly into the top of the barrel. Instead, first open the faucet, then position the barrel upright and pour the wine through the faucet opening.

The aluminum foil liner is suitable for storing various types of wine, including red, white, and fortified wines, and it allows for long-term storage. We recommend the use of this aluminum foil tank as it offers superior sealing, is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and helps preserve the wine for longer compared to an unlined oak barrel.

Oak barrels without a liner are generally suitable for a cellar environment. If you require a copper faucet, it can be purchased separately. Please contact us for further assistance with this.
